The project is for the erection of an Islam complex on the
Plateau, made up of following:
- A 3,000 capacity mosque
- Ablution areas and restrooms
- A 230-seat amphitheatre
- Administration offices
- Offices for the National Islamic Council
- A library
- Housing quarters for the Imam
- Shops
- A parking
