This document is focused on the following
points:
- The current situation of works of the Mosque
- The evaluation of the value of the works to be financed to finish the project
Works of the mosque are stopped since March 2002, following the departure of the
building site, of the company CONOSCE, in charge of the realization of the
remaining main part of work to realize.
Following the defection of company CONOSCE, the attempts at resumption of work
remaining to realize remained unfruitful for various reasons. It should be noted
that some of work whose company CONOSCE had the load, had not found yet
financing at the time of the stoppage of the works.
